Marching Band is for students who have completed one year or more of playing an instrument. This same group also comprises the Concert Band.

In addition, Concordia conducts a one-week band camp in August where band members learn marching skills, the marching band song, and concert band music. At the conclusion of the band camp (Friday night), the Marching Band gives a short performance for students and families, followed by a potluck dinner.

The Marching Band participates in three parades during the year — the Canton Friendship Festival Parade, the Veterans Day Parade and the Peoria Santa Claus Parade.
