Marching Band is made up of students who are in at least their second year of playing their instruments. This group also comprises the Concert Band. Marching Band begins with camp which is held the first full week before school starts. The band rehearses Monday through Thursday of camp week, then marches through the neighborhood to Culver’s restaurant on Friday.

 

Our award-winning Marching Band performs at four parades throughout the marching season: The Morton Pumpkin Festival, Peoria Heights Veterans Day Parade, Peoria Veterans Day Parade and the Peoria Santa Clause Parade.
