Welcome to the 65th school year of Concordia Lutheran School at 2000 W. Glen Ave in
Peoria, Illinois! The 2024-2025 school year will impact 160 students, over 100 families,
21 Concordia faculty and staff members and three incredible congregations. In Concordia’s
65 years, our school has served thousands of students and families. In our
community, I constantly run into people that have a connection to our school. In all of
these years, there has been one constant. There has always been one anchor! That is
our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! This year, in our 65th year, we are Looking to Jesus.
Teaching Jesus in all that we do, whether it be math, reading, writing, or science.
Through all of the years, we are told in Hebrews that He is the same yesterday, today,
and forever! Whichever way the world turns, through the ups and downs, we Look to Je-
sus and celebrate the Love He gives us each and every day! Let’s rejoice in the start of
another great school year and rejoice in Jesus!
In His Service,
Mr. Monkemeyer
