Substitute teachers have, at a minimum, an associate’s degree with some substitute teaching experience preferred.  Candidates for this position must have good rapport with students in kindergarten through eighth grade.  Duties include managing classroom behavior and quickly interpreting lesson plans. Contracted employees are expected to act in a manner that supports the Statement of Belief for the Lutheran Central School Association of Peoria, IL, and exemplifies the Concordia Lutheran School Christian Code of Conduct. Compensation is $132/day.
