CLASS ACTIVITIES
With this being my first year in second grade everything is new and exciting. We did a pumpkin project where the children had to disguise their pumpkins and write about them. Later in the spring we will do a dinosaur unit that I know the children will really enjoy.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
I believe every child deserves to learn in a safe, creative, Christ-centered environment. I will create a classroom environment where children are free to grow academically and socially. I will foster open communication in student-to-student and student-to-teacher relationships. It is my ultimate goal to provide each child with the tools and strategies to become lifelong learners and productive members of their school, church, and community families.

MISSION STATEMENT

WHY YOU WANTED TO BECOME A TEACHER
I have always enjoyed working with children. I knew I wanted to be a teacher after working two years in a preschool/daycare. I am so blessed to be at a school where I can teach about Jesus and His love for us.

HOBBIES/INTERESTS
I love to read, watch movies, travel, and shop. I have two beautiful children, a daughter in fifth grade and a son at Richwoods High School.
